Information We Collect
We collect information you submit through plan request, contact, booking and chat experiences (such as your name, email, phone number, business details, chosen appointment time and chat messages), details from demo voice-agent calls, and basic technical information such as pages visited, campaign tags and a one-way hash of your IP address used to operate the website and prevent spam.
How We Use Information
Information is used to answer requests, book appointments, provide services, improve site performance, maintain security and prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
24/7 Chat and Voice Demos
Messages sent through the 24/7 chat and calls with demo voice agents may be processed by an AI service provider to generate replies, and may be recorded and transcribed. If you share business or contact details, the conversation and a structured summary may be sent to our lead-management systems so we can respond to your request. Providing a phone number in chat does not enroll you in marketing or informational text messages.
Text Messaging
Text messages are sent only if you opt in. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.
Service Providers
Booking, analytics, communications, hosting, database, spam-protection and automation providers (for example Vercel, Supabase, GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, Cloudflare and AI model providers) may process information on our behalf when needed to operate the website and deliver our services. They may store data in the United States and other countries where they operate.
Retention
We keep chat transcripts for about 12 months and lead and form records for about 24 months, then delete or anonymise them unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Records in our customer-management system are kept until the relationship ends or you ask us to delete them.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or object to how it is used, by contacting us at the plan request form on this website. California and EEA/UK residents have the additional rights the law gives them, and we do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it. You can unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email.
